Just three years ago, Justin Elias’ dream was to open a cannabis business combining dispensaries, processing and cultivation. This year, in thanks for seeing the fruition of that dream, Elias is donating 1700 Thanksgiving turkeys to the communities he serves as founder of Michigan’s successful Puff Cannabis Company.

“Thanksgiving is the time for all families to come together, to celebrate and be thankful for what they have, but to also think about others who are less fortunate,” says Elias, reflecting on the meaning of the holiday during his youth. “That is why I decided on behalf of the Puff Cannabis company we would give away over 1700 turkeys in the communities where we are located.”

Since Elias first laid the groundwork for Puff Cannabis, the Madison Heights, MI-headquartered company has grown into a successful, vertically integrated chain operating seven dispensaries statewide.

Throughout its expansion, Elias says the company has focused on core values of offering Michigan’s best-educated, customer service-oriented staff and pricing. That special recipe free of extra stuffing seems to have paid off: Puff Cannabis will open three more dispensaries in Michigan this year, with up to ten more locations planned for 2023.
