As Chief Operating Officer for Native Roots Cannabis Co., Kotarba leads the operations side of Colorado’s leading independent network of cannabis dispensaries, including cultivation, flower processing, product manufacturing, product development, facilities, information technology and supply chain. Kotarba draws from her more than 25 years of experience in management consulting and corporate leadership to develop innovative operational processes and controls and performance measurement and reporting procedures to ensure financial strength and operational efficiency for the vertically integrated company. Prior to joining Native Roots, Kotarba’s management consulting and leadership roles included a broad spectrum of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, aerospace and non-profit.
