1. When you started Precision, it was a more crowded field. Do you have more runway in the marketplace now?

The playing field’s been cleared. With every one of these acquisitions, large companies came in and ruined things. They got into trouble. So after Precision, I took some time, did some soul searching and in early January of 2022, I started Prodigy Processing Solutions. It’s essentially a rinse-repeat of Precision, but with better technology.

2. What happened with Agrify?

So I was founder, CEO and largest shareholder of Precision Extraction Solutions. We merged with Cascade Sciences. Agrify acquired us and that’s when I got disenchanted with the whole process. And I actually got voted out. We had what’s called drag-along rights and Agrify still did it. Which is really kind of crazy when you think about it.

3. Right now are you selling more into the hemp or THC market and what about psychedelics?

Cannabis, THC, absolutely. You have to be pretty much a craft processor for hemp. I think the market’s just not there right now for that. As for psychedelics, yeah, that’s definitely the direction we’re going to be headed in as well. It’s a natural fit.
