MedReleaf Australia and #20-ranked Global Cannabis 50 company, Canada’s Aurora Cannabis (NASDAQ: ACB) (TSX: ACB), today announced the launch of CraftPlant, a new medical cannabis brand for patients in the Australian market.

The CraftPlant brand includes three new products – Greendae, Navana and HiVolt. All three are developed from premium cultivars and are THC-dominant with high percentages of terpenes. The cultivars were developed by Occo, Aurora’s leading science and genetics business. The new range is produced under strict EU-GMP certified conditions and will be available in 10g containers.

“Through our partnership with MedReleaf Australia, we are proud to continue to lead the way in the Australian market with the addition of new and innovative products for patients,” says Miguel Martin, CEO of Aurora Cannabis. “As we build on our strategic international growth plans, Australia has proven to be a very promising and sustainable cannabis market that we are committed to.”

Headquartered in Edmonton, Aurora currently holds a 10% ownership stake in MedReleaf Australia, a fully licensed, private company. Together, they provide Australian patients with several Aurora-branded products, including dried flower, oils and soft gels.

For further information about CraftPlant, doctors and health care professionals can contact MedReleaf’s clinical support team or visit their website: www.medreleafaustralia.com.au.
