The Women Grow 2025 Leadership Summit calls on women and their allies to fight for women’s fundamental healthcare rights, especially the right to use cannabis as medicine. Additionally, the Summit is a call to action across all sectors to strive to revive the cannabis industry.

The Summit will take place from Monday, February 17, through Tuesday, February 18, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, National Harbor, Maryland (minutes from Washington, DC).

Women Grow’s event will feature six-time Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) all-star Brittney Griner. Her story of resilience and alignment with the Cultivating Change: Empowering Women through Personal Leadership movement underscores the conference’s mandate.

Cultivating change involves proactively encouraging and supporting women to take on leadership roles by fostering their personal development, confidence, and skills, subsequently creating positive change within their communities and workplaces. Often, through mentorship, coaching, and promoting self-awareness, women can overcome societal barriers and gender biases. Women Grow aims to create this vital environment at the Leadership Summit. 

Established in 2014, Women Grow is the largest global network of women in the cannabis and hemp industry. Based on the principles of inclusivity and leadership, It provides a platform for women to connect, learn, succeed, and shape the future of the cannabis industry.
