Texas Original Opens Frisco Dispensary, 13th Location in the Lone Star State

Texas Original, a leading medical cannabis provider in the Lone Star State based in Austin, TX, this week announced the opening of its Frisco dispensary — the company’s fourth in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The Frisco dispensary joins existing Texas Original pickup sites in Dallas, Addison and Fort Worth, bringing access to medical cannabis for patients throughout North Texas. The chain’s service is focused on pick-up, with limited delivery is available to Texas residents with a medical cannabis prescription registered with the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas.

“The Dallas-Fort Worth area is home to thousands of patients who depend on Texas Original’s high-quality cannabis medicine,” said Morris Denton, CEO of Texas Original. “With the 2023 legislative session on the horizon, our undivided focus is on increasing access to medical cannabis for thousands more patients.”

The new Texas Original’s follows a series of recent expansions of stores and operating hours by the company. Texas Original currently oversees 13 medical dispensaries across the state. A complete list of the company’s pickup sites and operating times can be found on its website here.
