Silent Seeds & Sherbinskis Partner to Sow U.S. Exotics in Europe

Paris’ Silent Seeds and legendary Gelato strain creator and founder of Los Angeles-based Sherbinskis, Mario Guzman, today announced a transatlantic partnership to distribute five of Sherbinskis’ exotic cannabis varieties in Europe.

Silent Seeds is a French seed bank that emerged out of 20 years of experience in cannabis cultivation among former breeder for Spain’s Dinafem.

Dinafem had gained famed as a reference seed bank, known as pioneers in creating the feminized version of classic seeds.  The team re-emerged from that company’s shuttering and entered the lucrative cannabis seed market as Silent Seeds.

Following an initial highly successful collaboration with the rapper Booba and the creation of his own seed strain (B-45), the Silent Seeds team was anxious to embark on a partnership with Mario Guzman, one of the best breeders of his generation. Creator of the brand Sherbinskis, founded in 2014, Guzman’s work is recognized and appreciated worldwide. He is famed for developing two of the most iconic strains in the cannabis world: Gelato and the Gelato lineage of Bacio, Acaiberry, Mochi and Gello and the famous Sunset Sherbert.

Giving Europe a high five

Silent Seeds says it is inspired by the U.S. spirit and Californian vibe and collaboration between Silent Seeds and Sherbinskis offers five unique varieties, of which 3 are feminized (Polar Gelato, Pink Sunset, and Acai Jelly) and 2 are autoflowering (Polar Gelato Auto and Pink Sunset Auto). They are available at www.silent-seeds.com.

“We are very excited about our partnership with Mario Guzman, confirming the return of Silent Seeds as a leader in the field,” says Alexandre-Henri Lacarré, CEO of Silent Seeds.

The teams from Silent Seeds and Sherbinskis will attend the next edition of Spannabis in Barcelona from March 10 to March 12, 2023. Over two days, through the conference and in meetings, Mario Guzman will be in attendance, sharing his vision and experience with Europe.
