  • We plan to launch our next 2-3 new products. Tinctures are picking up steam for us as new customers try out our “Starter Kits,” which are small, three-day supplies of our products. This allows people to become familiar with our softgels, gummies and tinctures, before making a full-sized purchase. We’ll follow this blueprint in introducing new products in 2023. For many customers, our tinctures are having the most success, and what might seem to be the most hard-to-use product for the novice user becomes instead an accessible and useful option that they feel confident in buying. — Michael Montuori, Dr. Damas Wellness, Miami, FL
  • Our goal is to launch an ecommerce portal so we can sell Plant Spirits products online. — Andrés Correa, Plant Spirits, Envigado, Colombia
  • We want to diversify with entries into new cannabis markets that have recently launched or will launch soon. — Al Roberson, Lead Funding, Denver, CO
  • Our main goal is to survive! — Laniakea Evans, 365 Recreational Cannabis, Santa Rosa, CA
  • We plan on expanding our market share in the pre-roll market. Currently, we have a statewide top 10-selling SKU and we are available in nearly 40 stores in the San Francisco Bay Area, making us the No. 1 sold pre-roll in San Francisco. We are about to launch with one of California’s largest distributors in an effort to become the state’s No. 1 selling pre-roll. — Ali Jamalian, Sunset Connect, San Francisco, CA
  • Our goal is to expand and grow at a sustainable rate to provide benefits to our staff. — Philip Papendick, Shwifty Hemp Co., Tallahassee, FL
  • We want to increase sales for the year by 35 percent. — Sam Ukpedinjagba, MyCannabisPlus, Las Cruces, NM
  • Regional retail expansion is a primary goal, undoubtedly. — Derek Besenius, LabCanna, Nashville, TN
  • We’re getting recreational cannabis in Missouri in 2023! Yeah!!! Let’s go! — Leeann Hearl, Greenlight, Kansas City, MO
